Site Maintenance Technician – Witham – Negotiable


Pursuit Resources are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Technician for our client, an industry-leading, successful and growing company based in the Essex area.

Reporting to the UK Facilities Manager, the purpose of the role is to maintain and repair the site and site equipment in a safe, timely and cost effective manner, minimizing the impact of equipment malfunctions on the business.

Some duties will include:
  • Routine and non-routine maintenance of the site including all site equipment within set SLA including; grounds & buildings, mechanical & electrical, heating and cooling and site effluent treatment plant.
  • To carry out repairs within the scope of qualified competencies.
  • Selection and control/management of contractors and site maintenance contracts within the scope of the Inspectorate International Health, Safety and Environment Policy under the guidance of the M&M UK Facilities Manager.
  • To hold essential spares on key items of equipment to minimise impact to business.
  • To sustain a high level of communication on all maintenance issues some examples follow;
  • On hold reasons and expected downtime.
  • Work schedules.
  • Issues and delays
  • Feedback on contractor performances
  • Observations that may lead to future breakdowns or HS&E issues.

HR Assistant (12 month contract) – Braintree – £22,000


This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You will report into the HR Officer and assist with the day to day administrative tasks required within the HR department.

  • You will also be responsible for responding to basic HR queries from staff, escalating them where required to the HR Officer.
  • We’re ideally looking for someone who is qualified or part-qualified at CIPD Level 3, who has some demonstrable experience within an HR environment.
  • As an HR professional, you will also understand the importance of working efficiently, professionally and accurately to support the line managers and wider team.

Job Summary
  • The role of a skilled upholster will be to put together individual pieces, using powered tools to upholster a range of frame designs.

Repair Customer Services Representative – Braintree – £19,000


Duties and Standards

Communicate with customers

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions such as RFQ and capability demands
  • Answer customer requests by providing adequate information: diagnostics, quotations, delays, delivery times, etc.
  • Escalate any major issues to the Customer Services Manager
  • Liaise closely (preferably by phone) with customers at regular intervals to get quotations approved
  • Transfer customer’s approval or refusal of the quotation to the appropriate services of the company
  • Send invoices to the customer on completion of individual jobs
  • Redirect customers to other company sites if necessary

Communicate with appropriate services

  • Contact OEM when necessary to answer customer requests
  • Liaise with other departments in the company for the resolution of customer problems
  • Transfer repair requests to the adequate company repair station
  • Liaise closely with the Customer Services Manager and Workshop Manager regarding jobs that can be started before acceptance by the customer

Use M3 to manage customer accounts

  • Enter orders inside M3
  • Manage invoices and log them in M3
