Employment Law Seminars and Workshops
One of the many benefits of partnering with Pursuit for your recruitment requirements is our exclusive invitation to one of the specialist Employment Law seminars and/or workshops. Pursuit has worked with KLC Employment Law Consultants LLP to provide employment law seminars for valued Pursuit clients for over 12 years. Due to the success of these seminars, Pursuit have implemented a series of tailored Workshops & Seminars that will focus upon the changes surrounding employment laws.
Don’t miss the first of our 2021 Employment Law Seminars
Wednesday 19th May 2021
We are very pleased to announce the return of our very popular employment law seminars, the first of which will be on Wednesday 19th May 2021. We’re also delighted to be returning to the Lion Inn, Boreham, the location of many past seminars, being ideally located and configured to host us.
As we emerge from the latest lockdown, a new raft of challenges for the workforce present themselves, and we all need to be very much aware of what they are and how to approach them. As such we will be hosting two sessions, rather than the usual one, 90 minutes in duration, split between 30 attendees each. This will allow us to comfortably host you in line with the current Government guidelines regarding social distancing.
Cas Carrington, an extremely, experienced employment law advisor will be covering the key issues essential for employers and HR professionals as we emerge into a brand new chapter post lockdown.
Cas has worked with us here at Pursuit for many years and is widely known for her lively informal style of delivering complex employment law issues and concepts.
Each seminar will last 90 minutes, with a 10 minute comfort break midway.
Main Topics Covered:
- Covid Vaccinations: The legal implications of a ‘no jab, no job’ policy on businesses.
- New Definition of Gender Reassignment: What it means in both principle and in practice.

- Collective Consultation: Case law changes.
