We like to partner with our clients, getting to know them thoroughly and learning to recognise quickly precisely what they need, so we can single out an ideal candidate to fill each vacancy.
We examine each CV with care and interview the candidate to ensure that we can identify the ones who are likely to suit you. We brief our candidates thoroughly so they understand as much as possible about your work environment and what will be expected of them. We put forward for interview only those candidates who meet our clients’ requirements, and surpass them whenever we can.
Once we place a candidate, we stay in touch for a few months to ensure that all is well and the placement is successful for both employer and employee.
We are always as transparent as possible with all our clients, so that you understand our process and the costs involved. We ensure that you only get to meet the best candidates for each vacancy, and we will tell you frankly when we feel that a candidate will not be suitable.

The success of some roles can rest on more than an individual candidate’s skill or ability. Some roles also require a particular type of person, so it can be helpful to have an idea of their attitudes or approach to their work. Finding out whether they are organised, or compassionate, determining whether they prefer to focus on detail or the big picture can help you to decide between otherwise equally matched candidates.
Using tried and tested Skillsarena online software, and for a modest additional charge, we can help you to assess these otherwise intangible qualities and determine the best candidate. Our consultants will be happy to organise Skillsarena testing for you.
Eligibility to work and DBS checks
We regularly make the required checks to establish whether a candidate is eligible to work in the UK, as part of our vetting process. This ensures that we don’t put forward any candidate who is not able to start work when you need them.
Where appropriate, we will also determine whether an individual candidate has a current, valid DBS check in place.
We will complete all the basic checks to ensure that you don’t waste time appointing a candidate who has not been approved to work in the role that you need to fill.

We have a long track record of successfully placing both permanent or temporary staff. Whether you are looking for a permanent member of your team or have a temporary gap to fill, our consultants can help.
You may need a temporary team member to help with a specific project, to provide maternity cover, cope with seasonal demand for your products or services, or to fill the breach while you recruit a new permanent employee.
