Our first seminar of 2018 had overwhelmingly positive feedback for speaker John Telfer from Inspiring Business Performance.
John presented on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), giving information and advice to attendees on what their business must do in order to be compliant with the regulation. Attendees described the event, hosted at The Lion Inn in Boreham, as “informative” and “really helpful”.
GDPR aims to ensure that any organisation which collects or processes personal information on residents of the European Union does so in a safe and responsible way. Applicable to organisations large and small, the regulation is enforceable from Friday 25th May 2018. You can read more about GDPR on the ICO website.
