Keeping you in Mind
We’re always thinking about how best we can help you, and we are aware that for many of our clients, HR issues arising from employees’ mental health are a growing challenge. This year we started a new initiative, providing access to a mental health specialist through our relationship with Mid and North East Essex Mind.
We held a one-off Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace seminar, which was very well attended. At least, we thought it would be a one-off, until one of our clients asked if we could arrange a workshop for a dozen of their senior managers. This smaller workshop was a huge success, so we are happy to offer this facility to our key clients for smaller groups of managers and team leaders from any department, helping to equip them to recognise and address mental health issues among their team members. Please feel free to enquire about this if you have a number of managers who you think would benefit from a workshop of this nature.
