The way in which a recruitment agency works is one of the most important USP’s to their clients. As an established agency based in Essex we have come to really understand the needs of our clients and the local market. In doing so believe that the way in which we work helps set us aside from our competitors.

1. Initial Meeting

We will have an initial meeting to meet you and discover the business in more detail. We will discuss your role and requirements, costs and timescales.

In a candidate driven market, getting the right information on a role has never been more important. In order for us to ensure we create strong job specifications we need to know all our roles inside and out. And with that – we need to know our clients inside and out. That is why it is important to us to ensure we meet all our clients and get under the skin of their business. We like to ask questions and try and think outside the box to get our clients to open up.

2. We advertise your role on the top UK job boards as well as across our social media channels. Alongside our extensive database of candidates looking for work, we have access to specialist head-hunting systems and all our consultants are proficient on LinkedIn.

3. Candidate Sourcing, Qualification and Interview Coordination

We will proactively resource and shortlist suitable CV’s following qualifying interviews conducted by one of our consultants to ensure the best match. All candidates, where possible, are met face-to-face by our consultants prior to interview.


Following feedback on the CV’s, we will co-ordinate suitable dates and times for interviews.

Once an offer is made, we will secure your chosen candidates acceptance and contract. We will remain in communication with them throughout the process until the day they start to ensure a smooth process.

We continue of offer support and guidance where needed, even when the successful candidate starts.We will communication with our candidates for the first 3 months of their employment, unless otherwise advised by our clients.
