Order Processor – Witham – £15,000 – £21,000


The role is a shift pattern role, with shifts consisting of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.

Main purpose of job

  • Office based role inputting sales orders into the company’s in-house software system.
  • Arranging transport with freight companies and ensuring orders are sent out and delivered on time.

Main duties

  • Taking verbal orders from the customers over the phone
  • Entering orders directly onto our in-house software system
  • Process order amendments
  • Ensuring all orders are entered onto the system in a timely manner
  • Contacting customers regarding their orders
  • Checking orders on the system frequently to ensure prompt dispatch
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Being the first point of contact within the department for order queries
  • Chasing up customers for payments / advising accounts on hold.
  • Flagging any discrepancies with orders
  • On a rota basis, responsibility for the invoicing.
  • Re-date orders if required.
  • Liaising with freight companies to arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Communicating and liaising with various departments in the company to ensure orders are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
  • Dealing with enquiries for the department.
  • Answering the phone

  • To assist the SMT Line Supervisor in the set-up, maintenance and running of the SMT Line.

Most frequent duties

  • Preparing for next job
  • Loading feeders
  • Removing parts from machine ready for next job
  • Assist in solving problems with kit/setup

Occasional duties

  • Hand placements
  • Set-up of printer
  • Clean down of printer
  • Run AOI
  • Assist in running the line

Assembly Production Manager – Colchester – Salary Negotiable


Reporting to the Operations Director, the Assembly Production Manager is responsible for Assembly Operations. With responsibility for people leadership, safety, production activities, product quality, continuous improvement and on time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Activity

  • Ensuring primary focus is on the welfare, Health and Safety of all Employees, Visitors and Members of the Public, and drive improvement in performance and attitudes.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Assembly organisation to ensure achievement of customer requirements and on time delivery within budgeted costs.
  • Effective leadership of direct operators, within Assembly areas, Packing and Despatch, including performance management and regular reviews.
  • Ensure Assembly activities remain flexible and able to cope with swings in demand.
  • Further develop lean manufacturing activities, working with the Operations Team, and drive focus on quality, cost reduction & continual improvement.

Internal Sales Executive – Royston, Hertfordshire – £20,000 – £25,000 + £10K Commission


The ideal candidate for this role will possess high levels of ambition and a strong MS Office 2010 skillset with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.

  • Working with an external account manager to help manage accounts, identify new contacts and opportunities, build relationships etc.
  • New business generation by way of call out campaigns, working with our vendor partners etc.
  • Answering the sales phone.
  • Ensure that order confirmations are recorded and sent to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer records are kept up to date using our internal CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Learn about our key vendor technologies and services to ensure we can put accurate propositions forwards to our customers.

Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities, which may arise in order to achieve the overall purpose and success of the sales team
