Customer Service Coordinator (Asia) – 8887 – Chelmsford – up to £30k
- Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for all customers;
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities;
- Communicate with customers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and all customer needs are met;
- Liaise with customers and the Customs Department to ensure all documents are received within the designated time frame;
- Coordinate with overseas agents/partners to effectively monitor progress of customer orders and update the customer accordingly;

CAD Draughtsman – 8876 – Witham – up to £30k
- Produce fabrication drawings to meet with product guidelines.
- Find out what is involved in a project, so drawings reflect what company can offer and clients requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to obtain required information in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Detailers have the latest approved by client drawings.
- Highly organised.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- MS Office Systems & experience with Radan / AutoCAD
- Good team player, but able to work alone on isolated projects.

Project Manager – 8893 – Feering – £28-33k
- Assist in pricing, negotiating and financial management of projects with assistance from the PMO.
- Management of any subcontractors, consultants and external parties involved in project deliveries.
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of project plans.
- Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
- Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
- Prince 2 qualification or similar, preferable & CSCS
- Basic knowledge/experience of construction industry or shop fitting/interior design fit out
- Previous experience of project management within agency/client services environment

Senior HR Officer – 8891 – Colchester – up to £40k
- Manages recruitment with other HR Advisors, working with external recruitment agencies and managing their performance and contracts
- The Senior HRO supports the identification, planning and implementation of training and development programmes across the whole FWL workforce.
- Provides support to manage the payroll process as cover for the HR & Payroll Administrator
- Provides support and manages Occupational Health matters to meet the needs of the UK business.
- Supports the maintenance of good employee relations and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- The Senior HRO reports to the HR Director, and works closely with the small HR team to ensure full coverage of all HR requirements within the business, in a timely & effective manner.
- CIPD qualified or relevant qualification by experience
- Degree qualified preferable
- Previous experience of working in a medium/large organisation, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Evidence of exposure of business partnering to managers on recruitment process, development of training and development plans, disciplinary and grievance, capability, performance management, absence management and occupational health situation

Order Processor – 8878 – Witham – £17-22k
- Entering orders directly onto our in-house software system
- Setting up new products
- Process order amendments
- Ensuring all orders are entered onto the system in a timely manner
- Contacting customers regarding their orders
- Checking orders on the system frequently to ensure prompt dispatch
- Updating customer accounts
- Previous experience of order processing / data inputting / accuracy
- Computer literate
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
