- Provide a high level of sales and administrative support within the Sales and Operations Department.

- Be able to process customer sales orders, pick stock, liaising with the warehouses, carry out the day to day operational duties as part of the team.

To carry out routine manual inspections of aircraft safety equipment including, life rafts, escape slides and helicopter floats. To follow and adhere to written procedures regarding servicing of equipment and health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Carry out survey of equipment and allocation of spare parts.
- Undergo out necessary repairs.
- Completion of repair reports.
- Repacking of escape slides.
- Perform each step of the process in a careful and safe manner.

- Strong manufacturing experience, both at a hands-on and at leadership level. Strong customer service awareness. Experience of developing and implementing lean manufacturing techniques, establishing & achieving stretching targets, driving performance improvement & cost reduction initiatives.
- Knowledge of Assembly and packing processes and internal logistics.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and applications.
- Use of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically a strong knowledge of Excel is essential.
- Ability to read and understand engineering specifications and instructions.
- The implementation and delivery of Key Performance Indicators within a manufacturing environment.
- Internal logistics and material flow.
