Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm & Friday 7.00am – 1.30pm

Are you an experienced Payroll Officer? Are you looking for a new opportunity? This could be the role for you!

Purpose of Position:

Responsibility for performing all administrative duties for the Team in an efficient, accurate and timely manner as directed by the Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the preparation and processing of an accurate and efficient weekly payrolls.
  • Open Options
  • Daily reconciliation of the time and attendance system
  • Reconcile/authorise overtime sheets
  • Maintain weekly work patterns as set by management
  • Process sickness/absence and holiday records
  • Maintain system with leavers/joiners
  • Issue clocking cards
  • Processing of payroll changes and accurate input of overtime
  • Ensure that all tax codes and NI table letters are accurately maintained
  • Assist Finance Director with deductions and year end returns
  • Prepare weekly payslips, and collate for distribution
  • Deal with any court order deductions

Background & Skill:

  • Payroll experience desirable
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience looking after a large number of payrolls
