Our client, located in Chelmsford, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their sales team.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office-based customer service role and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and assisting with customer queries via email, phone and live chat.
- Processing orders
- Set up and verification of new customer accounts
- Greeting visitors
- Maintaining customer database
- Recording details of enquiries
- Communicating with internal departments
- General office admin duties
Your Background:
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience.
- Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service.
- Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
