Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Full time in the office, 5 days per week)
Our client, a leading global business based in the Braintree area of Essex is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all customers/clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner and will have the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders.
- Deal with any customer enquiries (either via email or phone) promptly.
- Liaising with other departments.
- General Administrationduties set by the hiring manager.
- Arranging returns and raising purchase orders.
- Updating customer details on internal databases.
- Providing ad-hoc support.
Your Background & Skill:
- Previous experience within a similar Customer Service/Administration role will be essential.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- MS Office – competent with these packages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
