Account Manager
Colchester
£30k – £32k per annum
Full Time/Permanent (On-site 5 days a week)

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring communication is regular and maintained.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of accounts, including attending client operational review meetings and providing analysis/reporting of volume and costs/revenues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to dates.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.
- Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
- Building relationships with key accounts.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
- Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant personnel.
The Person:
- Experience within a similar role is essential.
- Effective management to maximise time with clients
- Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle.
- Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
- Pro-active with planning and preparation skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to ever changing company/trade requirements.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to create an effective link between customer and company.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
