The successful Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for:
Providing a high level of Technical Customer Service support
Providing before and after sales technical support to the Customers and staff
Arranging in-house Training seminars on Products for Customers and staff
Working closely with Service Engineers providing support to all Service Department activities
Working closely with our Service Partner providing in-house support for site visit activities
Sizing products for Customers application requirements
Providing quotations, following up the quotations and negotiating to win the orders
Working closely with our External Account Managers following monthly sales targets

The Quality and Compliance Engineer is responsible to ensure that the manufacturing team is equipped to test and react to test results appropriately ensuring that product quality remains in specification, and meets the required legislative and customer specified standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously Improves Delivery and Cost, and delivers focused Improvement projects to enhance the performance in these areas.
Responsible for the training, promotion and application of various quality management tools; e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Visual Management and SPC tools, to ensure a quality and continuous improvement culture.
Provides mentoring, coaching, and guidance stimulating personal ownership of improvements and quality standards, and improved levels of performance.
Supports other areas of the business with testing capabilities (i.e. training / impromptu testing)
Aids with the transfer of new products into production, ensuring good manufacturing practices are implemented, and appropriate quality standards are considered at inception.
Responsible for ensuring that the business and all products comply with the appropriate legislative standards, and develops and delivers plans to ensure compliance is maintained.
Ensures that the Quality and Compliance standards are clearly communicated and understood throughout the organisation to stimulate personal ownership and is the point of contact for legislative queries.
Keeps established process systems up to date, and advises about the adequacy of established business processes and procedures and the effectiveness of implementation.
Assist in the resolution of issues using a structured approach and analytical toolset to give a consistent and robust result.
Responsible for re-designing processes and procedures in order to achieve improved quality of deliverables. Designs solutions for quality improvement using existing and new quality management methods.
Background & Skill:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of professional experience
Experienced with ISO9001 procedures and processes
Experience of CE regulations
Understanding of Quality and Manufacturing Best Practices
Practical use of FMEA, control plans and SPC
Experience in a safety role in a manufacturing environment
Experienced with ISO14001 & 45001
Can demonstrate process improvement
Capability of working autonomously
General understanding of machinery and tools
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Process Technician to join their busy engineering team. As an experienced Repair Process Technician you will ensure the requirements regarding maintenance, calibration and documentation of all work shop tools and testing benches are accurate and up to date and complete.
The successful Process Technician will be an active part of The Engineering Team and support management with the review of relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
The Process Technician shall be responsible for:
Managing all new specific chemicals according to the requirements of maintenance documentation in line with the Companies HSE rules about the validation, approval and release of chemicals. Ensuring that the validation process is followed for all existing and new chemicals.
Completing the process for identifying, validating and approving through to release for service, all new specific means necessary to repair the equipment including tooling, test benches and other consumables in line with requirements set out in maintenance documentation.
Collect documentation and address the disparities in documentation.
Performing testing with first calibration and correlation with technical specifications.
Manage calibration of all tools with external vendors, ensuring calibration is maintained.
Review the new release of maintenance documentation to list all technical changes
Support the local engineering developments, through the review of the maintenance documentation
Release mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings to design new specific tools in accordance with the correct specifications to improve ergonomics and reduce the time of some specific repair process
Define and write new repair documents
Implement all procedures written and approved by The Company concerning the management of tools, documentation review and repair instructions

Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance tasks on all machinery and plant generated on our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Enable us to keep ‘down time’ to a minimum. To carry out day to day tasks on various machines and equipment, including some buildings and main services work.
To be involved in new projects, building/facilities and plant. Controlling and operating of main site plant and services.
What you will need to succeed
* To be able to work on an individual basis once fully trained and be self motivated * Able to work early starts, 7.00am (days) * To display engineer skills with disciplines, appropriate qualifications on CNC controlled machines and plant * Electrical Panel fault finding and repairs on 3 phase & single phase essential * An understanding of machine low voltage control systems including invertors and PLC. * Skills in building and facility repairs and upkeep * Able to work on their own initiative and a and as part of a small, multi skilled team * Working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Experience in H&S working practices * Competent IT skills – including the use of a PC, Tablet and Microsoft Office applications
