Purpose of Position:

The successful candidate will be able to perform installation, repair and maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure. Flexibility is required to ensure you are addressing exact customer needs and identifying potential opportunities for additional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To make sure that certain activities are carried out safely in accordance to all relevant country specific Health & Safety legislation.
  • The candidate is personally responsible for contributing to a safe working environment by maintaining an orderly work area and proactively raising safety concerns.

Quality Manager

Purpose of Position:

The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing Quality strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all Quality System Audits according to EASA, FAA, TCCA Part 145 regulation, ISO9001, EN9110 and EN9120 standards.
  • Full management of internal and external audit schedules including third party and/or customer audits.
  • Manage quality resources including the direct supervision of the quality team, including the setting of objectives and completion of annual performance reviews.
  • Actively promote and drive quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Updating and transferring appropriate documentation to the company’s core databases.
  • Provide internal quality related training and coaching to employees.
  • Manage the qualification and perform technical assessments on key positions to qualify them accordingly to the regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of all non-conformities, gathering the corrective and/or preventative data to support the necessary improvements.
  • Oversee and manage the development, documenting and implementation of in-house quality processes and procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Provide the required focal point on CPAR’s, QRQC and Quality related issues as and when required.

Background & Skill:

  • Experience within aviation is essential
  • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation standards and safe operating practises with a comprehensive working knowledge of; relevant parts of operational requirements and procedures, in depth knowledge of quality systems.
  • Practical experience and expertise in writing, developing and implementing in-house processes and/or procedures to regulatory requirements.
  • A skilled practitioner in the appropriate industry standard and Aviation Regulations (e.g. EASA, CAA, FAA, EN9110, EN9120) with the ability to apply the standards and regulations ensuring maximum safety is attained.
  • You’ll have confident and very strong people leadership skills.
  • Qualified auditor with recognised training in auditing techniques.
