Job Purpose:

The Financial Manager is responsible for contributing to the company’s strategic direction and overseeing the Financial department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce financial reporting and analysis on specific systems
  • Develop performance measures to support the company’s strategic direction
  • Interface with the group consolidation team for all new processes, requirements, and any topics where the company could be involved.
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
  • Manage the internal control process and report to central team.
  • Report financial results to the board
  • Manage and oversee accounting, Payroll, bank, auditor relations, legal, tax, and treasury
  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues

Personal specifications:

  • CIMA/ACCA fully qualified
  • Proven experience within a Financial Manager role for at least 5 years.
  • Previous people management experience
  • Competent with Excel

Purpose of Position:

Job Purpose:

The Finance Manager is responsible for contributing to the company’s strategic direction and overseeing the Finance department with support to the business (Maintenance Shops and Spares distribution). The Finance Manager will manage a local team of 2 people and liaise with the central finance team located abroad. They are also responsible for financial management of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, budget controlling, financial analysis, reporting and financial planning and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce financial reporting and analysis on specific systems (Sales & Margin, P&L, Variances, BS, FCF…)
  • Develop performance measures to support the company’s strategic direction
  • Setting and overseeing business controlling (Manufacturing, Distribution, Repair Shop)
  • Interface with the group consolidation team for all new processes, requirements, and any topics where the company could be involved.
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
  • Manage the internal control process and report to central team.
  • Work on the ERP (M3) and other information systems improvement to support operation and adapt setting to new processes or rules.

Personal specifications

Purpose of Position:

The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing Quality strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all Quality System Audits according to EASA, FAA, TCCA Part 145 regulation, ISO9001, EN9110 and EN9120 standards.
  • Full management of internal and external audit schedules including third party and/or customer audits.
  • Manage quality resources including the direct supervision of the quality team, including the setting of objectives and completion of annual performance reviews.

  • Practical experience and expertise in writing, developing and implementing in-house processes and/or procedures to regulatory requirements.
